On September 15 Hibla Gerzmava opened the VIII "Kazan Autumn" International Opera Festival. A concert of the State Symphony Orchestra of the Republic of Tatarstan under Aleksandr Sladkovsky took place in the S. Saidashev Big Concert Hall.
Arias from operas of V. Bellini, G. Verdi, A. Ponchielli, G. Puccini, C. Saint-Saëns, G. Gershwin were performed in the concert.
